We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at The Orchards at Armada, a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering compassionate and professional care to our patients. As a PRN COTA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with personalized occupational therapy services to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

• Providing occupational therapy services to our residents, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilizing Net Health and PCC documentation systems to track patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of new programs and services

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
• Minimum years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
