Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a licensed counselor, social worker, Marriage and family therapist, art therapist or psychologist to join our team as a contracted therapist. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic wellness and providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families.

As an independent contractor, you will manage your own flexible caseload, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with other practitioners within our wellness community. Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions (in-person and/or telehealth).

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings, wellness events, and community collaborations when possible.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and referral sources.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the ethical standards of your licensing board.

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active, clinical Michigan license in (LPC, LLC, MSW LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a wellness-focused team.
