Anthro Med Education is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate School Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Monroe County, MI. This full‑time opportunity supports students across multiple school settings (K-12), helping them develop the functional, sensory, fine motor, and self‑care skills needed to be successful in the classroom and throughout the school day. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to create meaningful, student‑centered outcomes while receiving the ongoing support and mentorship Anthro Med is known for.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K‑12 students, supporting a wide range of fine motor, sensory, self‑care, and school participation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a variety of developmental and educational needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers to promote student success.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and sensory strategies to improve participation in school routines.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and complete required Medicaid and IEP paperwork.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations regarding student needs and services.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Michigan Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous pediatric or school‑based experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
