Carpet Bowls

For over 70 years Bethanie has been warmly welcoming older West Australians into a caring and personal environment. Our Bethanie community is enriched by the generous support of our caring volunteers.

• Fun and enthusiastic volunteers to assist our wonderful staff at Bethanie Fields in Eaton with running weekly residents' game of Carpet Bowls for our lovely residents on Monday and Friday mornings (subject to change).
• This role suits someone who is friendly, patient, enjoys light physical activity and loves bringing joy to others.

• Assist residents to and from the carpet bowls area.
• Help set up and pack away equipment.
• Encourage residents and help keep score.

  Monday and Friday mornings from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm for a minimum commitment of six months.
• Training: Volunteers undertake online Infection Control, NDIS Worker Orientation and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards training. All volunteers receive an orientation at site prior to commencement and further training when required.
