Looking for LCSW's, LMFT's Psy.

D/Ph.D for In-Person and Remote Telemedicine Positions. Cognosis Can also help LLMSW & LLPC with their supervision hours. Cognosis Health is a multi-specialty group of physicians and therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. With a focus on providing care to our first responders and veterans we are building out our team of therapists to service the Flint and Grand Blanc areas of Michigan.

We provide behavioral support services and counseling services throughout Northeastern Michigan. We are currently seeking licensed LMFT, LCSW, DSW, LPC or Psy.

D/Ph.D. LLMSW, LLPC to provide a variety of therapeutic services to children and adults. Our dynamic team includes internal medicine doctors, psychiatry, and therapists to provide a comprehensive resource for our patients. We are hiring for full and part time therapists and offer either a 1099 or W2 structure based upon our employee's needs and commitment. Visit us at:

• Intensive In-Home Counselor Responsibilities:
  Provide in-office/community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents who have emotional and/or behavioral needs.
• Provide in-school counseling to children and adolescents who have needs with spectrum based disorders.
• Provide services based on an individualized treatment plan to stabilize to prevent higher level of care.
• Provide behavioral interventions and behavioral management.
• Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities
• Therapists will use short-term evidence-based practice/interventions to provide counseling to children/adolescents in accordance with their needs.
• Utilize Charm EHR to enter notes and appropriately bill visit with supplied ICD-10 & CPT Codes.
• Ability to answer text or emails in a timely manner
• Collaborate weekly with case managers and/or physicians with status of family/youth's progress.

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Master's Degree or higher required
• Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.
  
  D/Ph.D. (bilingual-Spanish pref.).
• LLMSW & LLPC
• Dependable, creative and enjoys helping others.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in Spanish or other languages
• Must consent to a Criminal Background Check since some of work is government contracted with school districts

• Pay Rate:
  Fee Split % depending on qualifications
