About the role

Location:
Mason, MI – On-site outpatient clinic

Position Type:
Full-Time (flexible PRN and Part-Time schedules also available)

Start Date:
Immediate Opening

What you’ll do
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one‑on‑one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post‑surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
  • Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to patients of all ages.
  • Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.
Qualifications
  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient‑centered care and commitment to continuous learning
  • Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post‑surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training
