Behavior Analyst

Hope Network is seeking an ABA Behavior Analyst to provide person-centered behavioral services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct assessments, design and oversee ABA treatment plans, analyze data, and coach caregivers and staff to support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a culture grounded in inclusivity, compassion, and respect.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans using ABA principles.
• Analyze data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and direct care staff.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate services.
• Document services, outcomes, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical supervision.
• Maintain ethical, person-centered practices aligned with Hope Network’s mission.
