Orthopedic Receptionist - FULL TIME

Job Description

Orthopedic office located in Clinton Twp seeking a motivated individual to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can multi-task, be self motivated, and work well individually and as a team. PART TIME!

Duties include:

• answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient inquiries, etc.
• Entering referrals for testing such as MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc.
• Daily preparation of charts
• Collect co-payments, make follow up appointments
• Act as a Physician / Patient liaison
• Organize files
• Other responsibilities and tasks available to learn!

Orthopedic experience is not required but will be appreciated

Base hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (subject to change with Dr's schedules)

• NO Weekends, PAID Holidays, PTO, 401K, friendly staff, wonderful patients, and EXCEPTIONAL Doctors.
