Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist with, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and disabilities that impact their daily activities. Our focus is on prevention and healing, with a commitment to improving the quality of life for our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, range of motion, and endurance.
• Effectively reducing pain through various treatment modalities.
• Educating patients on safe movement practices to prevent injuries.
• Assisting patients in returning to their normal daily activities.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Willingness to float to Gladin as needed.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination (Exemptions will be reviewed).
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
• Active Michigan state physical therapy license at the time of submission.
