Weekend REQ: Y - 3 weekends per 4-week schedule, might be scheduled to work 1 day of the weekend, 2 days or all 3 days

Certs REQ:

• State license required by start date
• BLS
• AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate)
• NRP

Is on-call REQ? N

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y, will float between L&D and Mother Baby units

Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD

Locals accepted: Y – no local radius
