Freedom at Home in Southeast Michigan is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing home health team. You’ll evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled OT services to improve independence and quality of life.
We offer flexible compensation (salary or per-visit), paid mileage, and a supportive leadership team with a clinician-focused culture. A Michigan OT license and CPR are required; 2 years experience preferred.
