Under the supervision of our Clinical Director, this position will:
- Create and participate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs and coordinate with other personnel, including Registered Behavior Technicians, other Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
- Perform client evaluations and assessments, track progress, provide reporting, and monitor case quality.
- Liaison with Executive Management, Director of Operations, and Administration staff in a strategic advisory role to ensure that staffing, case management, compliance, facility, processes, and procedures are effective and optimized for service, efficiency, and profitability.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar clinical or program management role
- 1+ years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active license in the State of Michigan
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) practices
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families and caregivers
- Knowledge of practices, methodologies, interventions, and treatments that benefit children with ASD
- Knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, compliance, and confidentiality
- Excellent collaboration, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills
- Strong clinical, administrative, customer service and training skills Ability to meet assigned goals and work well under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clean driving record and the ability to travel (less than 5%) for occasional training, conference attendance, business meetings or client services
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Credentialing with major insurance carriers in Michigan
- Familiar with research findings in the field of ASD treatments
- Experience with software and systems used for ABA and related therapies
- Experience with in-home care and/or telemedicine
- Ability to speak multiple languages
