We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role is essential in supporting individuals with various needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, particularly in areas such as geriatrics and post-acute care, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with conditions requiring specialized knowledge such as geriatrics or medical-surgical care.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but training may be provided)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred) le.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
