Michigan Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time) – Remote | Michigan License Required

We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults, making care more accessible for families across Michigan. What You’ll DoYou’ll provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan. Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00-9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.
- Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
- Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
- Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care
- $60 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians
- 401(k) with a 3% company match

- An active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
- The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
