ACT Team Lead- LMSW or LPC

Psych Pros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to behavioral healthcare. We are currently recruiting for an ACT Team Leader to work full-time in Jackson, Michigan overseeing a community-based program serving adults with severe mental health conditions.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
• Current Michigan licensure as LMSW, LPC, or LP
• Minimum two years of experience providing direct behavioral health services
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to provide community-based services as needed
• Must live within a 45-minute radius of Jackson to meet on-call responsibilities

Pay- $60-75k depending on licensure and experience

• Provides clinical leadership and daily supervision and oversight of the ACT team
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the ACT program
• Ensures compliance with Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards
• Monitors program performance and outcomes
• Reviews productivity, documentation, and service delivery
• Provides direct clinical services, crisis intervention, consultation, hospitalization support, and on-call coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care and meet program needs
