As a Quality Coordinator
, you become a catalyst for dignity, independence, and empowerment across Adult Foster Care and Community Living Services (CLS) programs. Your leadership shapes not just services—but the everyday experiences of the people we serve.

In this mission-driven role, you will:
- Provide countywide oversight and guidance to Adult Foster Care and/or CLS programs.
- Mentor Program Managers and frontline teams to bring Person‑Centered Planning from philosophy into practice.
- Build a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.
- Develop solutions and processes that make work easier, more efficient, and more impactful.
- Apply Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to strengthen services and elevate the people we support.
- Partner with the leadership team to imagine—and create—a brighter, more inclusive future.

- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred
- Successful completion of all background and health-related clearances
