Role:

Role:Occupational Therapist providing in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults in Lansing, MI.
Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and wellness. Document care in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and incorporate telehealth when appropriate.
Qualifications:Valid OT license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, proficiency in EMR and computers, current CPR certification, and ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and assisting patients.
Skills & Qualities:Passion for geriatric care, autonomy, flexibility, strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient outcomes.
Key Duties:Provide one-on-one therapy, perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, support patient safety, promote aging in place, and utilize virtual care tools to maximize reach and effectiveness.
