Clinic-Based Behavioral Health Therapist

Provide individualized behavioral health counseling, including assessment and treatment of substance use disorder, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders, utilizing evidence‑based practices.

• Master’s degree from an accredited social work, psychology, marriage & family, or counseling program.
• Fully licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LLP (limited license holders may be considered with director approval, but not for hybrid work).
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in behavioral health assessment and treatment.
• Preferred 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health or substance use settings; CAADC or ability to obtain CAADC development plan once hired is an added advantage.
