As a PT or PTA, you’ll enjoy:

PTs will complete comprehensive evaluations, establish goals of care, and oversee therapy services.
PTAs will provide hands‑on treatment, guiding patients through exercises and interventions under PT supervision.

Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
- Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
- dhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
