Inpatient Staff Pharmacist

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Accurately dispense medications, verifying prescriptions for hospital inpatients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes

• Provide patient counseling and education regarding medication use when applicable
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and clinical pharmacy services

• Current pharmacist licensure valid in the state of Michigan
• Proven experience as a staff pharmacist, specifically within a hospital inpatient setting
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and protocols
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Flexible shifts may be available depending on facility needs
