TMI is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our therapy team at Argentine Care Center in Linden, MI
, a skilled nursing community known for its collaborative staff and strong therapy culture.

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient connections while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

• Opportunity to work with a diverse caseload including dysphagia, cognition, and communication disorders
• Well-equipped therapy space and supportive leadership

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized plans of care focused on safety, communication, and quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, and physicians
• Complete timely documentation and support patient-centered outcomes

• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• SNF experience preferred, but not required
