Pay is dependent on Licensing and Experience (No negotiation/flexibility in the salary)
- Full License:
Hourly $29.47 - $39.67 per hour - Limited License:
Hourly $27.22 - 36.63 per hour

Summary:
It is a Therapist that is needed but they will need to have a masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure.

Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of a master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure.
- [REQUIRED] - Candidates must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire.
- Must have one year of experience (may include time spent in fieldwork or internship) treating or working with people who have been diagnosed with mental illness.
- [REQUIRED] - Additional requirements include: cultural competency, ability to work effectively with a diverse population, the ability to engage and maintain therapeutic relationships with youth and families in a variety of modes of treatment, the ability to develop collaborative relationships with other unit staff and providers, effective communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible.
