Top performers in this role can expect a total compensation package valued around $150,000 including salary, performance incentives, and benefits. We invest heavily in leaders who build great teams, deliver outstanding patient outcomes, and drive clinic performance.

This role typically includes two days of patient care each week, allowing you to stay clinically sharp while dedicating the majority of your time to leading people, improving operations, growing referrals, and driving business performance.
