Shift: Nights, 4
* 12, 48hr/week, every other weekend or holidays 7P-7A
Requirements:
1+ yr experience required
Leve 4 trauma exp required
BLS 7 ACLS required
Note:
Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks
Pay:
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) $40.50
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time) $60.75
- W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs) $2,106.00
- Nontaxable Weekly Per Diem $1,246.00
- Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $3,352.00
