- Provide compassionate care to clients in various settings, including homes and group homes.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards.
