Optimal Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/Homemaker to deliver hands-on care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes within the Lansing service area. You will work with nurses and the care team to maintain patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life during life’s meaningful moments.
The role requires travel within the service area, with Monday–Friday hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
