As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hotel—ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and valued. You’ll guide your team with energy and enthusiasm, creating an experience that guests rave about. From smooth check-ins to friendly problem-solving, this is your opportunity to turn everyday moments into unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Pro:
Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently, manage reservations and VIP requests, and make every guest feel like a star.
Operations Maestro:
Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure all operational details are handled with professionalism.
Revenue & Rate Strategist:
Support room revenue through awareness of rates, packages, and promotions, balancing profitability with guest satisfaction.
Team Leader & Problem Solver:
Lead, train, and motivate your team; address guest concerns and workplace challenges with confidence and creativity while maintaining safety and standards.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
2–3 years of progressive hotel or hospitality experience required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Compliance with certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
