Job Overview
Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. PMC provides valet, self‑parking, shuttle, event, and porter/bell services to hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, and event venues. The Hospitality Valet Attendant – Luxury Hotels, Resorts & Events will work in full‑time or part‑time shifts, report to the Guest Service Coordinator, and receive an hourly wage plus tips ranging from $13.00 to $20.00+ per hour plus tips.
PrimaryObjective
Provide courteous, efficient, and safe valet services while ensuring vehicle security. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing drop‑offs and pick‑ups, controlling traffic flow, and addressing inquiries professionally.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to key handling and safety protocols.
- Maintain attendance and time‑keeping compliance, including accurate tip reporting.
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle challenging situations professionally, resolve problems promptly, and support team cohesion.
- Maintain regular attendance, arrive on time, in uniform, and groomed; uphold PMC safety and operational standards.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, attend required staff meetings, and complete training modules promptly.
- High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record (no more than three moving violations in three years). Background check required.
- Exceptional guest service skills, including professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance.
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to changing work environments and competing demands.
- Dependability, adherence to safety procedures, and efficient use of equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. in varied weather conditions; flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requires standing, walking, and lifting, often outdoors in varied weather. Must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards. Work occurs indoors and outdoors, including on‑site parking facilities and corporate settings, with exposure to noise, moving vehicles, and elements.

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)Position is classified as non‑exempt; eligible for overtime pay for hours over 40 in a workweek at one and a half times the regular rate. All wages meet or exceed local minimum wages.
