Crystal Mountain is seeking a Spa Concierge to coordinate and book Crystal Spa services and create memorable guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact for spa guests, driving spa revenue through bookings, retail sales and service upsells.
Responsibilities include promoting spa promotions, maintaining knowledge of the spa menu and products, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding Core Values. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is expected.
