Lead the Front of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.;
Optimize workflow within the Front of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift.;
Own the operational standards of the Front of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks.;
Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste.;
Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.
