Crowne Plaza Lansing is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure a great stay. You will handle guest requests, upsell rooms when appropriate, and communicate with other hotel teams to deliver exceptional service.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and front desk experience is preferred. Operational knowledge of hotel software (Opera/Fidelio) is a plus, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
