Coordinate and negotiate all event details, collaborate with clients on menus, setups, and sleeping rooms, and tackle upsell opportunities.;
Respond to inquiries, book events, whip up contracts and BEOs, and keep everyone in the loop with weekly packets and critical date reminders.;
Post schedules, assist with event collateral like vouchers and signage, and organize all files and VIP requests for the crew.;
Type and distribute all correspondence, handle phones and messages, and keep trace logs updated for the CS/Catering team.;
Always bring a friendly, attentive attitude, maintain a sharp appearance, follow company standards, and jump in wherever needed!
