As a House Attendant, you are the behind-the-scenes hero keeping every corner shining, greeting guests with a smile, and supporting your crew like a pro. Physicality & Flexibility    This is a high-energy, physical position. You will be on your feet for your entire 8-hour shift, frequently lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy loads. While we provide daily checklists, you must be a versatile "utility player" ready to pivot and support Laundry, Banquets, or Housekeepers during high-volume periods.
Key Skills & Responsibilities    Shine Specialist:
Maintain top-tier sanitation in the lobby, restrooms, elevators, and furniture.
Guest

Experience:

Respond to guest requests immediately. Maintain a "10-minute delivery" target for towels, amenities, and service.
Event Support:
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Operational Backbone:
Clear linen and trash chutes regularly. Strip linens and remove trash to assist the morning team.
Safety & Security:
Manage lost-and-found items in Quore and report maintenance needs.

Education and Experience    High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving roles.
Physical Stamina:
Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability:
Consistent attendance on Saturdays and Sundays (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) is required.
