Staffing Strategist​/Technical Recruiter

Dewpoint, an IT consulting company based in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Staffing Strategist/Technical In-House Recruiter to serve as our primary in-house recruiting expert. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and deliver a high-touch, data-driven hiring experience.

This is a hands-on, internal role—focused on hiring for Dewpoint and our client teams—not a traditional staffing or agency recruiting position.

About the Role

• Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and job categories.
• Create and manage job postings and sourcing strategies across Linked In, Indeed, and social platforms.
• Coordinate internal and client-facing interviews and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate ATS records.
• Represent Dewpoint at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, corporate, or consulting preferred).

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and compliant hiring practices.
• IT, technology, or professional services recruiting experience is a plus.
