Shift: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm

Bilingual in Arabic preferred

Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented On-Site HR Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to both clients and candidates—connecting top talent with the right opportunities while supporting ongoing HR operations at client sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship-building, and is passionate about delivering exceptional staffing and employee support services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee files, assignment records, and timekeeping data accurately and confidentially.
  • Provide clarification on company policies, benefits, and employee handbook details.
  • Assist with coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Monitor site compliance with safety standards, HR policies, and performance expectations.
  • Travel between client locations regionally as required.
  • Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and fulfill open roles efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and reference verification.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in internal systems.
  • Attend and represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Provide consistent communication and updates to candidates and clients regarding hiring progress.
  • Prepare customized reports or updates for client requests as needed.
  • Conduct employee orientations and prepare all required onboarding documentation.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of HR, staffing, or related administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
