Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. The role is responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, along with handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Management
  • Recruitment & Selection:
    Source, screen, and assist in the hiring process to attract top talent, including coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
    Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they have all required tools and information for a productive start.
  • Employee Relations:
    Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating team-building activities.
  • Performance Management:
    Support the performance review process and work closely with department heads to ensure regular feedback and development.
  • Compliance & Policies:
    Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and ensure the company’s HR policies comply with regulations.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Office Management:
    Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Vendor Management:
    Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Event Coordination:
    Organize company events, meetings, and celebrations to support employee engagement and office morale.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Attendance & Leave Tracking:
    Monitor and record employee attendance and leave balances to support payroll processing.
  • Payroll Processing Support:
    Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefit distributions.
  • Benefits Management:
    Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, medical claims, and reimbursements.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Policy Implementation:
    Ensure HR and office policies are clearly communicated and consistently enforced.
  • Health & Safety:
    Oversee workplace health and safety measures, including periodic safety drills and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:

    2+ years in HR and administrative roles.
  • Skills:

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS), MS Office Suite, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with local labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
