Campus Recruiting Consultant

Our internal firm services team focuses on the firm’s critical business needs. From human resources opportunities to marketing and everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and optimize firm operations.

Responsibilities
  • Identify top talent for the firm from targeted universities.
  • Develop strong relationships with faculty and students, collaborating with Plante Moran staff and partners to facilitate networking and branding at the targeted schools.
  • Manage all on‑campus activities, event planning and execution that facilitate the candidate selection and interview process, and deploy identified talent to various offices.
  • Perform data analytics on key universities to help drive business decisions.
  • Lead offer presentation and onboarding process.
  • Actively participate in internship program planning and execution.
  • Perform additional Human Resources projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related business field.
  • 4+ years of experience preferred as a Campus or Corporate Recruiter, College/University Outplacement Recruiter, or Career Placement Advisor.
  • Recruiting for professional services organizations preferred.
  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with heightened travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons (January–April; August–November) is required.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $74,000.00 to $, varying by experience, education, region (CO, IL, OH, MA) and other factors.

Plante Moran provides a “Workplace for Your Day” model that encourages flexibility while maintaining a primarily in‑person environment. Employees work with supervisors to determine their optimal daily work setting.
