Human Resource Manager

We are in search of a Full-Time Human Resource Manager to administer and manage all Human Resource functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, benefits administration, leave management, personnel policy, orientation & payroll.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Process bi-weekly timecards & prepare for payroll processing
• Administer benefit programs
• Recruit and onboard qualified team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies & government regulations
• Handle employee relations issues, complaints & investigations

Qualified Candidates will have:

• A Degree in Human Resource Management and 2+ years of experience; or 4+ years of experience as a Human Resource Administrator / Generalist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
• Professional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work four to five weekends per year as weekend manager.
