Talent Coordinator | Path to Talent Consultant

Corel Consulting is a consulting firm helping small - mid-sized businesses and nonprofits build stronger organizations through hands‑on support in HR, Talent, Payroll, and Operations. We work as an extension of our clients' teams, not just an outside vendor - our approach is relationship‑driven, practical, and focused on helping organizations find great people and build the processes they need to succeed.

We're looking for a Talent Coordinator who is people-focused and ready to grow a career in talent consulting. You will work closely with our clients and team, supporting recruiting projects from job posting through candidate placement — keeping processes organized, communicating with candidates and clients, coordinating interviews, and helping identify strong talent for our clients. This role has a defined path to Talent Consultant.

As you build recruiting skills, client relationships, and ownership, you'll take on more responsibility and grow into a strategic talent advisor for Corel's clients.

Responsibilities & Day to Day:
  • Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions
  • Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process
  • Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements
  • Join client meetings and recruiting discussions
  • Build strong relationships with client contacts
  • Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations
  • Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current
  • Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages
  • Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements

Experience &

Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Third‑party, agency, or consulting recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong client‑facing and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented
  • Good judgment and a problem‑solving mindset
  • Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team
  • Google Workspace, Claude/AI tools, ATS platforms, CRMs, and job boards.
We would love to connect with you if:
  • Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
  • Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Love a good tracker and naturally keep things organized
  • Want more than a transactional recruiting role
  • Are excited to grow into a trusted talent advisor

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $20-23 per hour
  • part time, 1099 opportunity
  • Laptop provided
  • Flexible hours to accommodate a healthy work‑life balance
  • Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic consulting firm.
