Strategic hr leader supporting vps in talent management, labor/employee relations, leadership development, culture and belonging, and change management. Union experience required. Npartner with business leaders to execute hr strategies that drive results. Analyze workforce trends, coach leaders on talent and succession planning, support rfps, lead key stakeholder meetings, champion the employee experience, and strengthen organizatioabout the jobbring your hr expertise to a role that’s equal parts strategy and support.

In this position, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, coach teams, and ensure hr practices are aligned, compliant, and effective making a measurable impact every step of the way.accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.
