We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our Net Suite ERP implementation project. This role requires managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Net Suite modules and customizations. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience and a solid understanding of ERP implementations.

Lead the end-to-end Net Suite implementation, including Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage change requests and ensure scope adherence.

Facilitate effective communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Conduct project status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Track project performance using KPIs and post-implementation metrics.

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in ERP or Net Suite implementation.

Strong knowledge of Net Suite modules, workflows, and integration practices.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multi-phase, complex projects across multiple teams.
