Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist to act as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple enterprise web applications. This role focuses on analyzing current business processes, identifying operational gaps, and designing future-state workflows that improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
The position requires deep experience in business and systems analysis, Agile delivery, modernization of legacy applications, and structured government methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze architecture, workflows, and data flows across enterprise applications
- Support operational maintenance and enhancement initiatives
- Design future-state business processes and modernization strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with technical and business teams
- Elicit and document clear, testable requirements
- Create process diagrams, documentation, and training materials
- Lead Agile planning and Azure Dev Ops tracking
- Define measurable success criteria
- Coach and guide teams across delivery lifecycle
- 12+ years as Application / Business Process SME
- 12+ years Business Analyst & Systems Analyst experience
- 10+ years Azure Dev Ops (pipelines & tracking)
- 10+ years Agile methodologies
- 10+ years SEM/SUITE methodologies
- 5+ years SSP, NIST controls, ATO processes
- 5+ years risk analysis & remediation (POAMs)
- 5+ years ITIL-based service management
- Understanding of .NET, SQL Server, Teradata
- Process modeling and workflow design
- Documentation aligned with SEM/SUITE standards
- Roadmap and delivery planning
- ITIL certification
- Government or regulated environment experience
- Location: Lansing, Michigan (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
