Key Responsibilities:
- Review/update documents & web content for ADA WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
- Establish documentation best practices; train staff
- Work with Bureau Services Manager, web team, DART, forms analyst
- Produce technical content (manuals, reports, training materials)
- Maintain documentation libraries/templates and ensure consistency
