Data Warehouse Business Analyst

We are hiring a senior Data Warehouse Business Analyst to support a state public assistance eligibility data platform. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate reporting, data quality, and compliance driven analytics. The position focuses heavily on SQL analysis, reporting, and Agile delivery.

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into SQL-driven analytics solutions
• Develop ad hoc queries and dashboards
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Support ETL and reporting enhancements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and change management
• Provide training and end-user support
• Develop training documentation and materials
• Create and execute test plans
• Build and validate test datasets
• Participate in compliance and artifact reviews
• Identify and support security standards
• Maintain SQL-based reporting systems

• 5+ years SQL expertise
• 5+ years Business Analyst experience
• 5+ years Agile methodology experience
• Data warehouse reporting experience
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
