Oracle Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to provide technical and consultative support for system development and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, SQL, PL/SQL, and related Oracle technologies.

This role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical standards and best practices.

• Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
• Provide technical assistance in resolving hardware and software issues.
• Utilize technical tools for systems development and support.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and apply them to technical solutions.
• Assist in identifying training needs and mentor less experienced staff.
• Serve as project leader for specific initiatives when required.
• Prepare detailed specifications and revise system logic and documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
• In-depth technical knowledge and at least 3 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials applications and Oracle technology stack.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with SQL Loader, workflow, BI Publisher, XML, and Unix shell scripting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and JDeveloper.
• Knowledge of REST API, web services, and event-driven development.
• Integration experience between Oracle EBS and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-platform environments.
• Experience balancing development and support roles.
• Exposure to projects involving multiple business segments.
