Business Process Reengineering

Max Bill Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr (variable dependent)

Schedule: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 1+ year (possible extension)

Senior Business Process Reengineer to support enhancements to the Consolidated Application within the Nex Sys grant platform. The role functions as the main liaison for regional field staff, internal MDE teams, DTMB, and vendor partners. Responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements gathering, system support, documentation, and coordination across functional and technical groups.

• 2+ years business process reengineering experience.
• 2+ years working with grant management systems or government-funded programs.
• Strong SDLC understanding.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Share Point ,
  Azure Dev Ops
  , Microsoft Office
  .

• 5 years:
  
  Experience with complex IT web applications
  .
• 5 years:
  Working with multiple internal/external teams.
• 3 years:
  Liaison between development teams and business/PMs.
• 1 year:
  Azure Dev Ops (user stories, queries).
• 1 year:
  Share Point .
• Highly desired:
  Experience creating wireframes/mockups in Figma or similar tools.
