We are seeking a Data Warehouse Business Analyst to support a large-scale Eligibility Data Warehouse environment. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on SQL-based reporting, data analysis, and data quality to support eligibility determinations and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong experience gathering business requirements, translating them into reporting and ETL needs, and creating ad hoc queries and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into reporting and ETL requirements
• Develop and execute ad hoc SQL queries for data analysis and validation
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL-based tools
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Support enhancements, integrations, and ongoing analytics initiatives
• Participate in process improvement, gap analysis, and change management
• Assist in identifying defects vs. new requirements
• Develop training materials and provide end-user support
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
• Create or collect test data and validate application logic
• Participate in artifact and security reviews to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
• Identify and document security requirements and standards

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a Data Warehouse or Reporting environment
• Advanced SQL skills (queries, data validation, analysis)
• Experience with data quality, reporting, and analytics
• Ability to work with both business users and technical teams
• Experience creating documentation, test plans, and training content
