Enterprise Architect

IMPORTANT:
Hybrid role — must be able to commute to our Lansing, MI office 2× per week.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Net Suite Implementation to provide strategic technical leadership and ensure Net Suite ERP solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, business goals, and long-term IT strategy.

This role plays a critical part in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Net Suite solutions across multiple business functions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Design and oversee end-to-end Net Suite solution architecture across Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain modules
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability of the Net Suite platform
• Define and enforce technical standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Review and approve Net Suite customizations, integrations, and workflows
• Provide architectural guidance on data modeling, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to align technical decisions with business objectives
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, applications, and add-ons
• Ensure Net Suite implementations align with enterprise IT policies and long-term strategy

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, preferably with ERP / Net Suite implementations
• Strong expertise in Net Suite modules, architecture, integrations, and customization
• Hands‑on knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and data migration strategies
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar)
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS best practices, and IT governance
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
