This position will perform a range of geographic information system (GIS) assignments including coordinating the implementation of Esri GIS server software, desktop applications, and day‑to‑day operational tasks for enterprise geospatial services.
The individual will act as a liaison between the Client Geospatial Services team and state agencies, vendors, and other subject matter experts.
Responsibility includes coordinating GIS projects involving multiple agencies, enterprise solutions, and continual upgrades and maintenance of large GIS systems.
Will act as a team lead providing guidance in coordination of Esri GIS software deployments, upgrades, data integrations, establishing project timelines, and identifying resource needs.
Responsible for gathering requirements and priorities from state agency GIS stakeholders.
