We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join a local enterprise company’s IT department. This role is contract‑to‑hire and the ideal candidate can be a recent IT graduate, an intern, or an entry‑level support professional who wants to grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents on Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Swap out laptops/desktops, deploy Windows 10/11, and re‑image machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
  • Assist users with IT incidents, taking ownership of issues and implementing temporary or permanent fixes.
  • Escalate incidents to other support teams as necessary.
  • Record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system.
  • Install and configure new IT equipment.
  • Resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Maintain a first‑class level of customer service.
Qualifications
  • Prior helpdesk, desktop support, or PC technician experience preferred.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA) desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Pay

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (contract‑to‑hire).
